#mundanemumdays: march 11th, 2022

I’m at the point in my parenting “career” where it is impossible to shoot, edit and post all in the same day. So how to name the mundane mumdays series? I used to do “week x” and then I took a break and that doesn’t really make sense anymore. So I started using the date, but now that I can’t (and don’t want to) shoot and post on the same day so do I use the date of the photos or the date of the post? I lean towards the date of the photos but maybe that’s confusing. I’m also not really posting on social media right now either so does the hashtag make sense anymore? I’m also 1000% sure that it does not matter in the slightest but this is how my brain works lol!

Anywho… the kids are sick. More sick then they have been in a very long time. There is no sleep happening. It was the perfect storm of a weekend especially for Milo (and in turn me). Not only is he very sick, but he has a tooth coming, and he is adjusting to the first time change that has actually affected him and his schedule. Needless to say we are all cranky and exhausted and ordering allllll the take out.

These photos were taken mere hours before the shit storm started. The weather was warm and the mud plentiful. One of us didn’t seem to care of they got a little (ok a lot) muddy. Can you guess who?
